• Add you to our email list when you agree to receive updates, and
• Tag preferences (such as volunteer interest or how you signed up) so we can send relevant information.

Email and service providers

Email list management and campaign messages may be processed through Mailchimp. Transactional notifications to the campaign (for example, a copy of a contact form submission) may be sent through our email delivery provider. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Security and anti-abuse

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on forms to reduce spam and abuse. Google's use of data for reCAPTCHA is described in Google's documentation and policies.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate (for example, traffic and navigation). Those tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may unsubscribe from campaign emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us through the Get Involved page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
